Is Anyone Paying Attention? The Psychology of Climate Change Action

‘The time for climate scientists to focus on climate change is over; it is now the realm of engineers and psychologists’. This was a statement from a leading climate change scientist several years ago. Engineers are needed to design the tools we will require to combat climate change, and psychologists are needed to design strategies to encourage changes in behaviour. This interactive workshop will introduce some of the research behind behaviour change and persuasive communication and challenge you to design ways of influencing people and organisations.’
